MOG 231/2001

SACA has adopted a new Organization, Management and Control Model in accordance with D.Lgs 231/2001, and has nominated a Surveillance Organism to look after on operation, efficacy, adequacy and observance of SACA's Organization, Management and Control Model, published on company's intranet and on its website. The model is destined to SACA's personnel and third party in contact with the company, and contains behaviour rules to prevent specific violations identified by D.Lgs 231/2001.
